Owen Hargreaves has revealed that Danny Welbeck was blown away by Unai Emerys coaching ability during his time at Arsenal, while the former midfielder has backed the Gunners to finish in the top four.
Welbecks five-year stay at the Emirates came to an end over the summer after an injury-plagued final campaign and he will take on his old club with new side Watford at Vicarage Road on Sunday.
The 28-year-old only spent a season playing under Emery – making just 14 appearances before injury struck – but, according to Hargreaves, the Spaniard left a huge impression on Welbeck.
