Manchester City embarrass Manchester United & Arsenal with insane stat after 8-0 Watford win

Manchester City recorded the second biggest win in Premier Leauge history after an emphatic 8-0 win against Watford at the Etihad today.

Bernardo Silvas hat-trick was added to by Sergio Aguero, Nicolas Otamendi and Riyad Mahrez, while Kevin De Bruyne also grabbed a brace.

The win is the joint second biggest margin in the competitions history, matching the 9-1 victory Spurs managed over Wigan and only beaten by Manchester Uniteds 9-0 win against Ipswich in 1995.

City were 5-0 up after a scintillating opening 18 minutes against the Hornets and in truth the scoreline could have hit double figures had it not been for some charitable finishing from De Bruyne and Aguero.
