The top features a fully embroidered LFC crest and sponsorship logos, rather than screen-printed ones, but will you be buying it?
Liverpool and New Balance have teamed up to release a limited blackout version of their 18/19 home shirt… but it costs £75!
Football shirts have enjoyed a fashion resurgence over the last few years, with retro designs taking the streetwear world by storm.
And it appears Liverpool are trying to break into that market by creating a new top-end version of this seasons kit with an effortlessly stylish twist, apparently.
The club have broken from tradition by releasing the all-black top, which features the same pattern as this seasons home shirt.
The shirts description says the geometric pattern on the front is inspired by the landmark architecture of the redeveloped Main Stand. Of course it is.
The top also features a fully embroidered LFC crest and sponsorship logos, rather than screen-printed ones, and swaps the pinned-down collar for a more traditional one, which New Balance says makes the shirt more wearable (?).
But with a £75 price tag, will you be buying one?
