Lifelong Crystal Palace fan Ian Talbot had a day to remember as he proposed to his girlfriend during his sides 3-2 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion.
Shortly after the Crystals completed their usual half-time routine, Talbot walked over to the surprise of his girlfriend Gemma Keen, who was performing at the time.
He duly got down on one knee in front of the watching 24.656 strong crowd and proposed there and then on the Selhurst Park pitch.
Roy Hodgson may well be hoping Talbot can propose every game as the Eagles ran out 3-2 winners against their bitter rivals.
A double from Wilfried Zaha wither side of James Tomkins strike sealed all three points for Palace as they moved a step closer to Premier League safety.
