Manchester United v West Brom: Confirmed team news and preview for Premier League clash

Manchester United will be looking to delay Manchester City's title celebrations when they welcome Premier Lague strugglers West Brom to Old Trafford.

City could win the league this afternoon if the Baggies pulled off the most unlikely of wins.

The bottom-placed club are without a win in their last 15 away games in the league and come up against a United side on a run of five straight victories.

The Red Devils have only ever lost one game at home to a side that began the day bottom of the table, to Blackburn in December 2011.

Romelu Lukaku scored a hat-trick for the visitors in a 5-5 draw against United in 2013 and will be hoping to pile further misery on his former club this afternoon.

Confirmed team news:

Man Utd XI: de Gea, Valencia, Lindelof, Smalling, Young, Ander Herrera, Matic, Pogba, Mata, Lukaku, Sanchez.

Subs: Jones, Rojo, Martial, Lingard, Rashford, McTominay, Joel Pereira.

West Brom: Foster, Nyom, Dawson, Hegazi, Gibbs, Phillips, Livermore, Brunt, McClean, Rondon, Rodriguez.
