A late Marouane Fellaini header ensured it would be more Old Trafford misery for Arsene Wenger in his last visit to the famous ground as Arsenal manager.

The Red Devils took the lead through Paul Pogba when Alexis Sanchez's header rebounded off the post after good work from Romelu Lukaku.

However, the Gunners' rallied and former United man Henrikh Mkhitaryan fired a smart finish past David De Gea in the second half.

But they could not hold on to secure a valuable point before heading to Atletico Madrid ahead of their crucial Europa League semi-final second leg.

Arsenal failed to clear from their own box and, when the ball was whipped in by Ashley Young, Fellaini rose to head home past David Ospina.
