The defender has enjoyed another brilliant season in Italy and once again he is the source of intense transfer speculation.
Chelsea, who failed with a £47m bid for the 26-year-old in the summer of 2016, maintain a strong interest.
Arsenal and Manchester United have also scouted the centre-back, while Juventus are keeping tabs on him too.
Napoli at present have no plans to sell Koulibaly, who has been at the club for four seasons now.
However the Senegal internationals agent, Bruno Satin, cannot confirm that his client wont look to leave.
“Its important to understand how the season will end because important players want to play the Champions League,” Satin told Radio Crc.
“Is Koulibaly worth €100m (£89m)? The market and [Napoli president Aurelio] De Laurentiis will decide because Kalidou has no release clause.
“The president may also decide to keep him because he considers him important for the team.
“I dont know if these three games will be his last for Napoli because there have been offers every year, but Koulibaly has always ended up staying, so he wont necessarily leave.
“Its difficult to make predictions now.”
