Cape Town – Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Camaldine Abraw is reportedly reviving his career with Poli Timisoara in Romania.
The powerful forward was released at the end of last season by the Glamour Boys and went on to enjoy a stint with Egyptian Premier League side El Gaish SC earlier in this campaign.
According to Soccer Laduma website, the Togo international has signed a two-year deal with Poli and has already made his debut for the White-Purples.
Abraw struggled to make the grade with Amakhosi as he was injured throughout much of his stay at Naturena with a serious knee concern.
Nonetheless, having returned to full fitness, the 27-year-old is now back on course with his new club in Timisoara.
The publication said: "The former Free State Stars player is on course to win a regular place in the Romania team’s line-ups. The striker last featured in the team’s 1-1 draw with Vitorul on November 25.
"He was on the bench during their 1-1 draw against Gaz Metan Medias on Monday, as well as during the previous game – the 0-3 loss against FCSB at the end of last month."
