Draxler completed a move to Paris Saint-Germain back in January and the 24-year-old winger has scored 12 goals in 39 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants.
However, following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe during the summer transfer window, the German has struggled for game-time in Paris which has seen him linked with a transfer to the Premier League.
Asked about Arsenal and Liverpool’s target, PSG defender Marquinhos told JDD: ‘I have played against the three greats [Messi, Neymar and Ronaldo] but in terms of pure technical ability, Draxler is the person who has most impressed me.’
Reports suggest Arsenal have opened negotiations with PSG over signing Draxler on loan in January.
The Germany international recently hinted that he could be set to return to the Bundesliga.
‘I am not thinking about leaving the club in winter or summer,’ Draxler told Marca earlier this month.
‘I am in mid-season with PSG now and I am focused on the high aims we have.
‘It is not a relevant moment now to think about my future. But, of course, the Bundesliga is always interesting.’
