Huddersfield v Manchester City: Will there be another 10-1 win? Odds suggest what is more likely to happen

Leicester are no strangers to defying the odds after famously winning the 2015/16 Premier League despite starting the season as 5000/1 outsiders. Claude Puel’s side currently lie 12th in the table which makes Leicester’s chances of another league title incredibly slim.

An in-form Manchester City travel to Premier League newcomers Huddersfield Town on Sunday.

The two sides have not faced each other in a league game since February 2000, but one clash between the two sides on 7 November 1987 really sticks out.

A City side managed by Mel Machin inflicted a 10-1 defeat on the Terriers in a clash in the old Second Division, played at City's old home, Maine Road.

And with Pep Guardiola's side in imperious form this season, could the same defeat be inflicted on David Wagner's side?

It seems unlikely. Bookmaker Paddy Power has odds of 500/1 for it to once again end in a 10-1 to the Premier League leaders.
