Fortnite season 5 trailer LEAKED: Fans are VERY excited as new items REVEALED
The Fortnite Battle Royal Season 5 trailer literally started with a bang – following the "Worlds Collide" theme.
Video footage shows the rocket launch out of Loot Lake 12 days ago, with a number of items disappearing as a result.
We are then taken to the California Desert, where the in-game items are brought to life.
The clip gives us a glimpse of one of the rifts, before seeing a random assortment of vehicles and items enter the Battle Royale map.

“This is epic! I can't wait”
This includes the horse carriage, a golf buggy and a Viking ship.
The clip was shared on Twitter about an hour ago, where it has racked up almost 200,000 hits already.
And fans cannot wait for the servers to come back online so they can explore the new map and perks.
One comment read: "This is epic! I can't wait."
Another added: "Holy s***, this is probably one of the coolest cinematic ever in my opinion."
And a third claimed: "I can't wait much longer."

Fortnite servers are down this morning with matchmaking temporarily offline as Epic Games goes about releasing the brand new 5.0 update.
This will allow the start of Season – coming to PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Mobile devices in a couple of hours.

Storm circles can now change direction, while motion controls have been added to Switch.
Challenges, meanwhile, are split into two sections, which includes free and Battle Pass.
Progressive challenges are also completed by earning a fixed amount of XP.
