The Albania full-back is reportedly top of Sarri's wishlist if he takes up the top job at Stamford Bridge
Napoli fear Maurizio Sarri will raid them for full-back Elseid Hysaj – if he gets the Chelsea job.
The 59-year-old is the favourite to takeover at Stamford Bridge as Antonio Conte is likely to be shown the door.
Sarri has been replaced at Napoli by Carlo Ancelotti, but a clause in his previous contract means his new employers must pay around £8m to hire him.
That is slowing down negotiations with Chelsea, but both parties are still hopeful a deal could be reached.
Sarri's transfer wishlist
Maurizio Sarri has been linked with signing a number of his former players if appointed Chelsea manager
Elseid Hysaj – worked with Sarri at Empoli and Napoli
Kalidou Koulibaly – worked with Sarri at Napoli
Dries Mertens – worked with Sarri at Napoli
Gonzalo Higuain – worked with Sarri at Napoli
Piotr Zielinski – worked with Sarri at Empoli and Napoli
Once in charge, Sarri is expected to make a number of signings and, according to Rai Sport, Napoli are worried he will raid them for players.
In particular, the Italian club believe their former boss will try and sign defender Hysaj this summer.
The 24-year-old has flourished under Sarri at Napoli and he would be keen to work under him again.
The right-back is no stranger to interest from England, having been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United in the past.
