Neymar has admitted hes scared and nervous about returning to play football for Brazil at the World Cup this summer following on from his recent injury.
The forward has not played since breaking his metatsal in February, and despite being ready in time to return for this summers tournament, hes still got his doubts.
He resumed training with PSG on Sunday and is set to make his return to the pitch for Brazil on June 3 in their friendly game against Croatia.
Nobody is as scared as me [about returning], Neymar told Brazilian station TV Globo. I know that people are a little anxious, but nobody more than me.
Nobody is as nervous about my comeback and nobody is more scared than me.
Its a very difficult time, right? I think its one of the most difficult Ive ever had, because Im very close to a dream I have, which is the World Cup.
Thank God I have this further opportunity, this further chance, to try to be a world champion for my country, which is a dream that I have had since childhood.
It is my goal. I hope it is my cup.
Despite an injury-plagued season, Neymar has still managed to bag 28 goals in 30 games for the Ligue 1 club, and hes on schedule to face Croatia in the coming weeks.
Along with the friendly against the European side, the five-time World Cup winners take on Austria before finally getting their tournament underway against Switzerland on June 17.
